Contract Hire agreements typically offer a complete package including delivery, maintenance, service and repairs. This not only offers you worry-free upkeep of the asset throughout the term of the agreement, it also means you know exactly what the expense for that asset will be, there should not be any surprises.

A contract hire agreement is based on an annual contracted mileage and is for periods between two and five years. An advance payment usually equivalent to three rentals is paid up front. At the end of the contract you hand the van back and start again. You have effectively paid for the use of the van during the contract period. The risk of the value at the end falls on us.
